How to Place an NDIS Order

Option 1: Self Managed

Add item/s to the shopping cart, and select that you’re an NDIS participant. Complete your purchase (using your funds) and we will ship your order. We’ll also email you a sales receipt for NDIS reimbursement.

Option 2: Plan Managed

Add item/s to the shopping cart (Add to Cart) and complete the NDIS Checkout process. An invoice / quote will be auto-generated and emailed to you and your nominated plan manager's email address. Once we receive payment, your order will be shipped.

Option 3: NDIA Managed

Add item/s to the shopping cart (Add to Cart) and complete the NDIS Checkout process. Once we receive your order and details will we request payment from the NDIA. Once we have received payment from the NDIA, you order will be shipped!
