Take your measurements when you are only wearing your underwear. Have the tape firm but not tight.

Shoulders: Measure across from one shoulder to another. (1/2 circumference)

Chest/Bust: Measure across the fullest part of the chest. If you are a bra wearer, measure while wearing a bra. (1/2 circumference)

Waist: Measure where you would most comfortably wear a pull-on skirt or pants. Usually, this would be just above your belly button. Measure the full circumference of this part of your body. (Full circumference)

Hip: Measure across the body from the widest point of your hip to the other. (1/2 circumference)

Centre Front Length: Measure in the centre of the top from from neckline to hem.

Sleeve Opening: Measure across the sleeve opening. (1/2 circumference)

Sleeve Length: Measure from shoulder to sleeve opening on outer side of the arm.

Hem: Measure from one side seam to the other, across the bottom of the top. (1/2 circumference)

Waist measurements for seated (wheelchair) designs have taken into consideration a slightly larger waist size. If you normally purchase a size up in bottoms to accommodate your seated waist measurement, you no longer need to with CS measurements. For example, if you are a regular L with an XL waistline, please purchase a L.

Thigh measurements for seated (wheelchair) designs have taken into account the possible need for a leg bag on your leg. Please do not purchase a larger size as we have accommodated for this need.

Thigh and leg measurements for prosthetic designs have taken into account the need for a slightly wider leg to accommodate a prosthetic limb. Please simply purchase your regular size based on waist and hip measurements.
