FAQs

The clothes I ordered don’t fit. How do I return/exchange them?

We understand that sometimes the look or fit of an item ordered online isn’t quite right. That’s why we provide you with the peace of mind to be able to exchange, credit (via gift card) or refund a fully priced item up to 14 days after receiving your order.

Please email hello@christinastephens.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, providing the reasons for your refund/credit request or exchange requirements:

- Ensure all items are in original condition and have not been worn, altered or washed
- Ensure all items have the original tags, stickers and labels attached and packaging is in good condition
- Enclose the original receipts and returns number, as advised by Christina Stephens following receipt of your “returns email”

Return items via Australia Post (Australian and New Zealand) and DHL Express (for other international orders) with tracking to CHRISTINA STEPHENS RETURNS: 95 Simpsons Road BARDON QLD 4065.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and we are not liable for any returned items that are lost in the post.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or credits (via gift card) on sale items, however we will gladly exchange these items, as long as they meet the above procedures and are returned within 30 days of being dispatched.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We know you can’t wait to get your hands on your swanky new clothes. That’s why we pack and ship all online orders within 24 hours of receiving your order from Monday to Friday during business hours, and excluding public holidays.

If you order on the weekend or on an Australian holiday we will ship your order the very next business day. Tracking information will be provided for all orders. All delivery and shipping charges are quoted in Australian dollars and are flat rate fees. All shipping options come with full parcel tracking.

What payment methods do you take?

We’re trying to make the shopping cart process as easy as possible for you.

That’s why we accept payment via Afterpay, ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay, as well as all major credit cards. You can also use your NDIS Core Support Funds. (80% of our customers do!) Tap HERE for more information about NDIS.

How do I pay using NDIS?

Easy! You can pay using  your own funds and get reimbursed through your NDIS plan. Or we can send an invoice to your NDIS manager, and send your order once we’ve received funds from them. Or can you visit one of our retail partners and show using your NDIA managed budget. Tap HERE for more information on NDIS.

How do I know I’m ordering the right size?

We get it. Ordering clothes online means you’re never quite sure if you’re ordering the right size.

Tap HERE for more information on our sizing. And remember, we design specifically for seated wearers, so we take into consideration things like tops that are shorter at the back to avoid bunching, and skirts that are longer at the front for modesty.

If you don’t get it quite right, feel free to contact us regarding an exchange or refund. Email hello@christinastephens.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, providing the reasons for your refund/credit request or exchange requirements.

Can I try on your clothes?

Unfortunately, no. We don’t have a bricks and mortar store. But if you’re in (or near) Brisbane, we can arrange for you to try on our clothes at our Brisbane office.

Just email us at least 48 hours prior at hello@christinastephens.com.au so we can have stock and staff available for you.

What does Christina Stephens do to reduce your environmental impact?

A lot!

We’re acutely aware of the damage of fast fashion, which is why our products are made to be ‘lifers’. Everything we do, we do with a green earth in mind.

From the small things like operating without an on-site printer, testing new processes that reduce the amount of fabric we use during sampling, to designing packaging that can be up-cycled, broken down and reused.

We’ve also partnered with AirRobe, so you too can do your bit and give your Christina Stephens clothes new life, once you’re finished with it.

Where are your clothes made?

Our designers are 100% Australian-based. And wherever possible, we try to keep our manufacturing within Australia too. But sometimes, we must source production offshore, to ensure our prices remain as low as possible for our customers. But we will always put the origin of clothing on our clothes tags, so you can rest assured you know where your clothes were made.
